Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
We hope you're going to love everything you order from CAZAWII but unless there is a defect or error on our part, we do not able to offer
exchange. If you need a different size or color of an item, then you'll need to place a new order. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order for any reason there are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order depending on what shipping
option you've chosen. When you place your order, it automatically goes to the printer, leaving only a short window to stop the order.
We print products specifically as items are ordered.
I've received a faulty item, what should I do?
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straight away. If you discover a fault, please contact us using the options at the contact of
this page with the order number, the faulty item's name and number, and a description of the fault. We will get you the correct order upon return.
I've received an incorrect item, what do I do?
We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to us and we'll refund you as soon as it's arrived back at our warehouse. Please fill in the section on the back of your delivery note to say the item is incorrect and put the note in your parcel when you send it back. Do ask for proof of postage and ensure you keep it safe in case we need to look at it later on. If you still want the item and it's still in stock, please order it through our website as normal. The easiest way to do this is to log into 'My Account', view your original order, and then add the items to your shopping bag.
I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?
Step 1 : Check if the items were sent separately. We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.
Step 2 : Contact us. If an item is missing, please contact us with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

Can I custom order a pouf?
Yes! Email zelijpouf@cazawii.com what you are thinking and I will do my best to accommodate your dream pouf. Keep in mind your order can take up to 2 weeks to create. If there is a back order you will be notified as to expected date of arrival.
Can I return my pouf?
Yes, you’re welcome to return your pouf within 10 days upon receipt. This item must not have any wear or damage. A refund will be issued upon receipt. Keep in mind these are hand made and one of a kind so there may be small imperfections during construction.
Can I exchange my pouf?
Yes, provided the one you would like to exchange for is still available. Sometimes I can make similar pouf to one you like if it sold provided I have the fabric. In this case allow 2 weeks to receive your exchanged item. Please email me at zelijpouf@cazawii.com when you first think you want to return or exchange your item.

Please be aware Zelij Poufs are shipped separately from all other Cazawii items. You will receive an email from zelijpouf@cazawii.com with shipping information within 3 business days of the date of sale.
